RCG's web offering is SaaS / subscription. Three components:
- One-time project fee — quoted per scope; the build itself.
- Mandatory hosting — the site lives on RCG's infrastructure, billed monthly or annually. Never optional.
- Optional maintenance retainer — ongoing updates, security patches, and edits, billed monthly.
RCG retains code and design IP; the client licenses it for the hosting term. If your non-negotiable is owning and self-hosting the code, that's a model conflict — RCG doesn't bend it to win the deal.
Who it's for
Businesses that want a custom site and are happy to have it managed. Clients who value not touching code. Launches that also need brand, photo, or video — the whole-package territory RCG is built for.
The build
The stack is Next.js and Django, the same platform RCG's own site runs on. Every RCG-built site inherits from the platform — dogfooded in production before it ships to anyone else. Build discipline is atomic and reviewed: every change is scoped, tested against its acceptance criteria, and reversible.
