RCG Creative (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at rcgcreative.xyz and the associated client portal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized information about how visitors interact with our website — pages visited, time on page, referral source, and approximate geographic region. Client portal accounts. If you are provided a client portal login, we store your username, a password, and your company name in our database. This information is used solely to authenticate your access to project files and deliverables.
Onboarding form. When you complete a project intake form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any reference files you upload. This information is used to scope and deliver your project.
Contact form. If you send us a message via the contact page, we collect your name, email, and message content in order to respond to your inquiry.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, manage, and deliver the services you’ve engaged us for.
- To communicate with you about your project.
- To maintain and improve the website and portal.
- To analyze aggregate site usage and improve user experience (via GA4).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4 — processes anonymized usage data under Google’s privacy policy. Data is stored on Google’s servers and subject to their retention settings (we use the default 14-month retention period).
Resend — used to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. Message content is transmitted through Resend’s infrastructure.
Data Retention
Client portal accounts and project data are retained for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
