RCG doesn't own a press. Every garment we design is decorated by IQ Ink — a family-run apparel decorator that has been doing this for more than two decades, and the shop behind every RCG merch drop.
We name them because you should know who touches your product. Both marks go on the paperwork; the partnership isn't something we hide behind a white label.
IQ Ink is a decorator. They don't weave or sew the blank garment — they take a chosen blank and put your identity onto it. That is a different craft from making the shirt, and it is the one that decides whether your merch looks good: registration, ink lay-down, stitch quality, placement, finish.
Which is why merch scoping starts with two questions — which blank, and which decoration method.
We route to the method that suits the garment, the quantity and the artwork. It is a scoping conversation, not a menu choice.
Screenprinting runs to a 20-piece minimum. The other methods vary with the garment and the artwork, so we confirm the number at scoping before you commit to anything.
It depends on the method, the quantity and current shop load. We confirm a date at scoping — we won't quote you one before we have checked.
Yes — we'll introduce you to IQ Ink directly, and you deal with them from there. RCG-managed production is for merch that sits alongside brand, photography, video or web work.
On RCG-managed work, us. We hold the design, the artwork and the relationship; IQ Ink produces. You get one point of contact.
Tell us what the merch is for and we will tell you honestly which path fits.
