Every RCG deliverable — a video edit, a brand asset, a website — passes through the same structured pipeline. We work in reviewed, versioned, atomic steps: each change is small enough to review, tested against its acceptance criteria before it ships, and reversible if the work needs to be re-scoped. The client-facing output of this discipline is consistency — the site you sign off on is the site that gets deployed, the brand file you approve is the file you receive, and every revision is traceable.

The technical spine — the client portal, the document generator, the media pipeline — is built by our web-development lead with the same review discipline. That's why the site you're reading right now is the same platform every RCG client site is going to run on: we dogfood our own tooling before we hand it to anyone else.
